We are finally able to share the good news. footflow has entered the final test phase with our case study partners and we are gearing up to launch footflow later this year.

Footfall - footflow generates modelled estimates of footfall at different times of the day and week. It enables users to efficiently benchmark individual sites or units, to optimise the layout and land use mix across a site, and to optimally position different uses and tenants relative to passing footfall.

Proximity - footflow generates proximity metrics to quantify access on foot to a range of land uses. It allows users to view pedestrian proximity at a highly granular scale, understand how it varies across a site and demonstrate the impact of design interventions to optimise connectivity.
